The next type of person that collects antique jewelry are the ones that collect it for the value of it. Since there is always a fluctuation in the value of certain jewelry items, these people will obtain the items cheap from people selling the item at a sale price. After they buy it they can either resell it or save it until the price goes up.

These people are usually looking for something of a certain nature such as something that is pure gold or that has a lot of diamonds on it. These type of people you will never see wearing the jewelry because they keep it in a safe place so that nothing happens to it. The last type of people that collect antique jewelry are the ones that like to have the item for show. These are people that either have a jewelry store or the ones that wear it wherever they go just to have the item. These are the ones that like something and will not be bothered by price, they just have to have the jewelry for themselves.
